Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using Lease Llama (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Service Description
Lease Llama helps users organize and track lease-related information they enter. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App.
Accounts and Sign in with Apple
You access the App using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and device. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt unauthorized access.
User Content
You retain ownership of the information you enter into the App (“User Content”).
You grant SMOOTHRATES LLC a limited license to store, host, and display this content only to operate and provide the App’s functionality.
You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and accurate.

Payments
The App does not process payments or billing.
Third-Party Services
The App uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. Apple’s own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
Other than Apple authentication, the App does not use third-party services for ads, analytics, or payments.
Availability
We do not guarantee the App will always be available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.
Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMOOTHRATES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Lease Llama does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions made using information stored in the App.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMOOTHRATES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE RELATED TO USE OF THE APP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SMOOTHRATES LLC is registered.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date.
